PROJECT

St.Pancras Chambers, a £103 million Manhattan Loft Corporation development which sees part of Gilbert Scott’s impressive Grade One listed Victorian Gothic building converted into 67 luxury apartments with Galliford Try as main contractor.

BRIEF

The original interior walls and ceilings of the building had deteriorated significantly after more than 100 years of use and 20 years of neglect. Traditional filling techniques were proving time consuming and failed to deliver a suitable surface for redecoration.

SOLUTION

H&S had used Knauf Spray plaster successfully in the past and we were able to produce an excellent finish on time and within budget to the satisfaction of all parties involved, including English Heritage.
