Complete refurbishment of the The Royal Suite at the InterContinental Hotel, Park Lane.

BRIEF

Our Client, Overbury, were asked to strip out and refit the entire Suite. The project had to be carried out while guests were resident in rooms surrounding the working areas. Given the need for sensitivity and careful planning H&S were briefed to handle the decorations.

SOLUTION

We recognised the importance of close communication with the hotel management. Working with Overbury we were able to establish when areas were vacant, even for short periods, so that intrusive works could be carried out with minimum disturbance.

OUTCOME
