Brief

Our Client, we’re asked to strip out of the existing kitchen, restaurant and bar areas to facilitate a conservatory style extension to the overall footprint and the complete fitting out of the restaurant, bar and ancillary areas.

Solution

Works to increase the footprint of the building commenced in October 2018, whilst the restaurant was still operational, and the internal strip out commenced in January 2019. The project presented a number of technical challenges. Notwithstanding these, the works achieved practical completion to much acclaim, in early May 2019.
