OUT-OF-HOURS DELIVERY · H&S GROUP
Work around the operation, not against it.
Some environments cannot accommodate decorating activity during normal operating hours. Night work, weekend access and carefully controlled working windows can allow essential maintenance and refurbishment to progress while reducing disruption.
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY
When timing is part of the specification.
Out-of-hours work requires more than moving the same activity to a different time of day. Access arrangements, security, supervision, materials, noise, lighting, welfare and handback requirements all need to be planned around the available window.

READY FOR HANDBACK
Complete, clear and operational.
Where an area needs to return to normal use the following morning, sequencing and completion become particularly important. Activities are planned around the working window, with attention to protection, housekeeping and the condition in which areas need to be handed back.
